We provide all of the resources needed to sort, organize, display, research, price, advertise and sell the contents of a Home or Estate. Work starts about five or more days before the sale date. We begin by unloading cabinets, closets, and drawers so all of the items can be seen, this gives us the opportunity to perform an asset search looking for valuables not related to the sale, Money, Stocks, Bonds, Personal Papers, Family Photos etc. Items that are found are retained and given to the person responsible for the estate.

The sale is organized so that related items are together or in the same area. Items are displayed to create the best presentation for the sale and are priced based on our knowledge of the market and value. We have an extensive reference library and network of individuals with expertise in specific areas. An estate sale will last for three days depending on the quantity of the items in your inventory. Our goal is to make the whole experience as stress free as it can be for you and your family. We will handle all aspects of the estate or moving sale and business liquidation sale for you.

We charge a commission rate against total sales, minus the advertising costs. No money comes directly out of your pocket. The commission varies depending on the quality and quantity of items and the amount of work involved.
